Vancouver Whitecaps FC announced on Nov 21st, the launch of a new Whitecaps FC Ottawa Academy Centre in partnership with Ottawa South United.
This will be the club's second academy centre in Ontario, joining the London Academy Centre in partnership with Elgin Middlesex Soccer Association which was launched last year.
