This is official notification that as per the Motion item 1. c) from the Special General Meeting held January 30th, 2016, the EODSA is holding a Special General Meeting to update the membership on the progress of the working group.
Date: Thursday, April 28th, 2016 at 7pm.
Location: The Ron Kolbus Lakeside Centre: 102 Greenview, Ottawa K2B 8J8.
Please remember, as per the EODSA Constitution: All active Members shall be required to be represented by an official spokesperson. Any active Club having been duly notified of the date and place that fails to attend a General meeting shall be subject to a fine of $100.
