THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of
THE EASTERN ONTARIO DISTRICT SOCCER ASSOCIATION
Will be held on
SATURDAY, JANUARY 30th, 2016
Starting at 9:00 A.M.
Sign-in begins at 8:30 a.m.

Who is entitled to attend?
Members in good standing; any member who has met all financial commitments to the OSA, EODSA and any subordinate organization for the present and preceding years and is not under suspension for any reason.
By-Laws Article 11.1.c
All Clubs and organizations shall be required to be represented by an official spokesperson. Any Club or organization having been duly notified of the date and place that fails to attend a General meeting shall be subject to a fine of $100.
