NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE
EASTERN ONTARIO DISTRICT SOCCER ASSOCIATION
WILL BE HELD ON
DATE: Wednesday, January 27th, 2021
TIME: 7:00pm
LOCATION: Virtual (see instructions provided in the email for registration details)
Please note that article 11.1.d) of the EODSA By-Laws reads as follows:
All Clubs and organizations shall be required to be represented by an official spokesperson. Any Club or organization having been duly notified of the date and place that fails to attend a General meeting shall be subject to a fine of $100.
Please check your email for the attendance and voting instructions. Members must register by January 13th, 2021 to attend.
Documents will be sent out by email in advance of the meeting.
